Tarka arrived aged 15weeks from the Zoldmali kennel in Hungary. 

Tarka is the product of French and Hungarian lines, producing a fabulous working dog who also has excellent conformation and coat.  

Her mother Henna is an Hungarian work and show champion and International Champion.

Tarka is a delight to own and train.  An affectionate and happy dog who is always keen to please, she is proving to be a successful working dog.  A fast hunting dog, responsive to handling, she is such a joy to watch.  

We recently attended the Kennel Club HPR training weekend on the grouse moor at Reeth, Tarka was praised by the judges.    "Zoe Dicker’s Wirehaired Vizsla, covering a lot of ground with good pace and style and looking solid and confident when on point though this was her first time on the moors."

We also recently took part in the Gonegos two day Grouse an Upland Bird challenge on the moors at Danby with great success.

Her hunting skills have been highlighted by many judges and she has a bright future to come.

Show and work Results

She passed her basic hunting test (AV) in Hungary at 13months with 115/116 graded excellent. 

She was placed 4th (very good) in the Special HWV Derby at the Wirehaired Vizsla Jubilee event in Hungary last year.
