Zoldmali Zala x Ecosse Due Domaine Saint Hubert

Health testing

Hip score – HD-A

HUU clear by parentage

Zolna joined us at 11months of age from the Zoldmali kennel in Hungary, she settled in immediately.  She had already passed her AV (basic hunting test) and the VAV (hunting aptitude test) before she came to the UK.

Zolna is the product of  two European Field Trial champions, her mother, Zoldmali Zala is the most titled Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla in show and work in the world.  Zolna has definitely inherited her mother’s drive for work.

She is a supremely fast hunter with an excellent nose.

An affectionate character who is always keen for a cuddle.  She is proving herself to be a very versatile dog, an excellent companion for a day’s shooting, be it partridge, pheasant or duck.  She is used 2-3 times per week to go fallow/roe stalking during the season, and has had been used to successfully track numerous deer.  During the shooting season Zolna works 30-35 days on our own partridge shoot on the farm and also on 2 other local shoots.
